

Deposit
Zabardust Henna requires a minimum deposit per session/event to secure the date.
The payment of the deposit is non-refundable.

Final Payment
The final balance is due at the end of the service. If additional time is requested and agreed upon, the client will be charged for the extra time at the time of final payment. Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or through an invoice/payment link.
Please note that checks are not accepted unless previously discussed.

Cancellation
At Zabardust Henna, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Please note that the deposit required to hold your session/event date is non-refundable. However, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at a time within 30 days of your initial booking.

Allergy
Like with any food or medication, you may experience a chemical reaction to jagua or traditional henna. If you have allergies to certain fruits or suffer from eczema, there may be a risk of an adverse reaction. To minimize this risk, we recommend doing a small test patch to check for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Please make sure to inform the henna artist(s) of any allergy concerns as soon as possible.

Agreement
By booking, the client, you, are accepting the terms and conditions contained. If the client has any questions, they can reach Zabardust Henna at any time.

Parking and Safety
The client is responsible for reimbursing the henna artists for any parking fees incurred. Parking arrangements should be discussed prior to the event; if not, the artists will choose the most convenient parking option for safety and security reasons.
Additionally, the client agrees to prioritize the safety and well-being of the henna artist(s) at all times during the event so client will ensure a secure and safe environment for them while at the event location.

Time is of the Essence
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we kindly ask that the client be ready to begin at the scheduled time. If the henna artist(s) arrives on time, but there is a delay of more than 5 minutes due to the client or guests not being ready, an additional fee of $95.00 will apply. The henna artist(s) will stay longer to make up for any delays on their part.
If more time is needed for the event/henna session, the client can directly coordinate with the henna artist to discuss the extension. An additional 30 minutes will be charged at $50.00.
