terms and conditions

Deposit:

Zabardust Henna requires a minimum deposit per session/event to secure the date.

Note: Payment for a deposit made is non-refundable.

Final Payment:

The final balance is due at the end of the service.

Payment is to be made either in cash or by credit card. Checks are not acceptable unless otherwise discussed.

Cancelation:

At Zabardust Henna, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please note that the deposit required to hold your session or event date is non-refundable. However, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at a time within 30 days of your initial booking. The final balance for your service is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid in cash or credit card. Please note that checks are not accepted unless previously discussed.

Allergy:

Like any food or medication, you will have a chemical reaction to jagua or sometimes traditional henna. If you have allergies to many fruits or have eczema, there can be a risk of a potential reaction. With that, we can try a small test patch to rule out any allergic or sensitive feeling.
