Cancellation Policy

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE: To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we kindly ask that the client is ready to begin at the scheduled time. If the henna artist(s) arrives on time, but there is a delay of more than 5 minutes due to the client or guests not being ready, an additional fee of $95.00 will apply. The henna artist(s) will stay longer to make up for any delays on their part. ALLERGY: If you have allergies to many fruits or have eczema, there can be a risk of a potential reaction. With that, we can try a small test patch to rule out any allergic or sensitive feelings. Please communicate with the henna artist(s) with any allergy concerns as soon as possible. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: Zabardust Henna requires a minimum amount of deposit per your henna session/event to hold the date. ​The final balance is due at the end of the service. If additional time was requested and agreed upon, the client will be charged for the extra time at the time of final payment. Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or through an invoice/payment link. Please note that checks are not accepted unless previously discussed.  ​ CANCELLATION: At Zabardust Henna, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment at a time within 30 days of your initial booking.
